Engineering Capabilities

Engineered for multi-year battery longevity and deterministic field performance.

Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS)

Deterministic multi-tasking architectures built on FreeRTOS, Zephyr, and bare-metal event loops tailored for ARM Cortex-M0+/M4/M33 and RISC-V cores.

Micro-Amp Sleep State Machines

Aggressive current profile engineering utilizing STOP2/EM4 deep sleep states, GPIO interrupt wakeups, and RTC calendar alarms achieving ~2μA average standby current.

Edge Anomaly Detection & AI Algorithms

Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) vibration processing, continuous rolling statistical variance, and TinyML inference for predictive maintenance and zero-latency alerts.

Military-Grade Security & Fail-Safe OTA

AES-128/256 payload encryption, hardware secure elements (ATECC608), and dual-bank flash memory partition management ensuring atomic Over-The-Air rollbacks.

Zero-Brick Over-the-Air (OTA) Architecture

How our bootloader ensures devices in remote or buried vaults never brick during firmware upgrades.

1. Dual-Slot Partitioning

Incoming firmware is written into the secondary flash slot while the golden image in primary slot runs uninterrupted.

2. Cryptographic Validation

SHA-256 hash and ECDSA signatures are verified in RAM before jumping to the new bootloader stage.

3. Self-Diagnostic Rollback

New firmware must confirm successful radio handshake within 3 attempts, or the hardware watchdog forces an automatic rollback.
